Matt and Scarlett have been together since 2009, married in 2014 and established SureFooted Media together in 2016. Scarlett has always had a keen eye for photography and art and Matt learnt how to create small films during his teenage years. They have taken their hobbies and turned it into a business that they're passionate about. When they're not working Matt is most often found outdoors or under water, whilst Scarlett can be seen socialising with friends or with her head in a good book. They have a daughter who is an absolute delight and the apple of their eye.

Rosie has been working in Design for over 6 years, and joined Surefooted Media in 2020. After graduating in Interior Design, Rosie moved to South Africa where she freelanced as a Graphic Designer. She loves working with different businesses, giving them a visual presence that is creative and memorable. She is a people person, passionate about seeing the details and the big picture of each business. Away from the computer screen Rosie is often on a road trip with friends or inviting them over for a night in with pizza (no pineapples allowed).
